Sri C. M. Lingappa ji is the visionary Chairman of Sri Basaveshwaraswamy Composite PU College and the President of Jnana Vikas Vidya Sangha. With a strong belief in education as a tool for social transformation, he founded the institution in 1983 to ensure that rural and economically weaker students receive quality education without barriers.
